Terms and refund policy.

Your start date
Your start date is the Monday your block begins, or the day you enroll if you join after the block has started. All refund timing below runs from your start date.
Three business day cancellation
You may cancel any enrollment, without any penalty or further obligation, within three business days of purchase and receive a full refund. After that window, the rules below apply.
16-week race blocks
If you withdraw before your start date, you receive a full refund. If you withdraw for any reason within 30 days after your start date, you receive a refund of 50% of the amount you paid. After 30 days from your start date, the fee is non-refundable.
8-week race blocks
After the three business day window, the 8-week block is non-refundable.
Injury
After the three business day window, if an injury prevents you from continuing, send a note from your medical provider and I will move you to a future block at no extra cost. This is offered in place of a cash refund.
1-on-1 coaching and All-In
1-on-1 coaching and the All-In plan have a 3 month minimum. Cancel within three business days of enrolling for a full refund. After that, the 3 month minimum applies and monthly payments are non-refundable. If you paid in full up front, you receive a refund of 50% if you cancel within 30 days after your start date, and nothing after that. Once the minimum term is complete, monthly coaching cancels with 30 days written notice.
How to request a refund
Email damien@boundlessperformancenyc.com from the address you enrolled with. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Transfers
Enrollment is non-transferable to another person. Doubles and relay partners each enroll separately, and this policy applies to each person individually.
Race registration
Race registration is purchased separately from the race organizer. It is not covered by this policy.
Conduct
Boundless Performance NYC may remove a participant for unsafe or disruptive conduct. No refund is owed in that case.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation or refund rights you have under applicable New York law.
